Fresh air - Time to Breath

It's Spring. The sun comes more often and days are longer. Scientif research tells us that day/sunlight is good for us, but that doesn't mean perse that we feel better too. Sometimes it's stress, the situation at home or other causes are to intensive to get enough energy out of daylight.  A common reason for lack of daylight is the amount of hours we sit inside. Think about it; how many times do you go outside during working days? 

Right, you get it. Go outside. It's very healthy for you to every day go outside for a short walk, a 5 minute break for some fresh air or just to stretch your legs. You will be surprised what the result will be. You will feel the blood running through your body, your muscles have time to relax and your brains will get some fresh oxigen. 

So you want to release some tension and stress? Are you facing sometimes difficulties to stay focussed? Crap your moment, go outside....and enjoy!
