Legs Up the Wall it's a  inverted pose ,great for legs,spine,feet, hips and nervous system.
I love it and I do it daily , it's the easiest way for me to take a break,calm down and feel relaxed.

Legs Up the Wall gives you relief from :

- urinary disorders
- diagestive problems 
- muscle tension

- anxiety 
- high and low blood pressure

Outside is grey  and windy , we can't do a lot about that ..but we can bring a little bit of colour to us in other forms.
We can play with colours of our clothes,light in the house and …food !
Vegetables and fruit can give us not only health and balance but a bit of happiness.
I love this salad not only for its great taste and vitamins  boost but as well for the colours , only looking at the bowl can make us very happy .
